This Content Policy is a practical guide to what you can and cannot create on AnyPeople. For full legal terms, see our Terms of Service.
These will result in immediate account termination:
- Child exploitation — Any imagery that depicts, suggests, or could be interpreted as involving minors in harmful or sexual contexts. No exceptions.
- CSAM — Any form of child sexual abuse material.
The following content is not allowed and will be blocked or removed:
- Generating images of real individuals without their explicit consent
- Unauthorized face-swapping or overlaying someone's likeness onto another person
- Deepfakes or content that falsely portrays real people
- Content that impersonates individuals in a misleading way
- Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery
- Nudity intended for sexual purposes
- Content depicting sexual acts
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Imagery depicting illegal activities
- Content that could be used for harassment, bullying, or abuse
- Generating content that reproduces or imitates trademarked characters from films, television, animation, video games, or other media without authorization
- Content that infringes on others' copyright or trademark rights
- Political misinformation or propaganda
- Deepfakes or misleading content presented as real
- Defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful content targeting individuals or groups
- Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
- Unsolicited promotions, advertising, or spam
- Inputting sensitive personal data into prompts (racial/ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health conditions, sexual orientation)
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
- Do not use bots, automated tools, or scrapers to access the Service
- Do not attempt to circumvent security measures or overload the infrastructure
- Do not introduce malware or malicious code
We use automated content moderation systems to review generated content. When content is flagged:
- The generation is blocked — You will see an error message
- The incident is logged — For platform safety monitoring
- Repeat violations result in account restrictions or termination
Automated systems aren't perfect. If you believe your content was incorrectly flagged:
- Review your content against the guidelines above
